From October 5th to October 7th Paris hosted Workspace Expo, a trade fair dedicated to professionals in the design, furnishing and workspace layout field.
The fair was the ideal opportunity to offer a small preview of the new Frezza-Emmegi collections for everyday living spaces, which are multifunctional products designed for the office, home and community environment.
The soft seating novelties were the main focus of the stand, drawing attention to new ways of working, meeting and collaborating. Designers and architects embraced the “mindset” change by designing new office concepts, where the uses of products and spaces become increasingly important, flexible and constantly evolving.
The iconic Radar armchair collection, designed by the Swedish firm Claesson Koivisto Rune, has been expanded to showcase the versatility of the new sofas, poufs and tables. The new poufs, available in 6 different shapes, form conversation islands and divide spaces in an unconventional way. The sofas and armchairs with different backrest heights create privacy areas and meaningful connections. New breakout coffee tables were presented too, which are the ideal support when working far from your desk.
Versatility is also found in the Afina sofa, designed by Ramos Bassols studio. This sofa is comfortable and customisable, thanks to a wide modularity declined in straight and corner modules. The soft shapes and attractive design create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for both work and home contexts. The elegant coffee tables are available in various shapes and finishes.
Another novelty is Poppea Soft, which in the armchair and ottoman versions, revisits comfort with a modern and unusual design. The C1.8 pouf, designed by Giorgio Topan, is ideal for informal meetings or training sessions. The ergonomic version with a wooden tablet allows you to comfortably work and study wherever you are.
The Hangar table with double HPL top, designed by Luca Nichetto, increases the useful space of the workstation by using the lower shelf as a supporting element.
Last but not least we have the Poppea seating collection, eco-friendly thanks to its recycled and recyclable plastic structure.
