Seating and accessories are part of Frezza’s office lounge furniture: products from the same collection share upholstery and finishes, so they are chosen together and customized in the fabrics, leathers and colors of the project, keeping the lobby consistent with the reception, waiting rooms and lounge areas.

Reception desks for the lobby

The desk is the focal point of the lobby: it is where guests are welcomed and where the people who receive them work. Frezza office reception desks are modular and adapt to the layout of the space, in offices and hotels alike. Vogue, by Perin & Topan, is made of 70, 120, 160 and 200 cm linear modules and corner modules, with interchangeable melamine or lacquered panels, also in contrasting colors, a 74 cm high lowered section that makes communication with guests more direct and, on request, LED lighting under the top. Baguette is built from Frezza desks, with 110 cm high vertical panels and a 40 cm deep upper shelf as a counter, in two depths and with corner elements for more complex layouts.

Sofas and armchairs for the hotel lobby

In the lobby guests wait for a taxi, a colleague or their room, so hotel lobby furniture needs seating for both short waits and longer stays. Frezza office sofas range from rigorous lines to softer shapes. Mizar has a plywood frame, non-deforming polyurethane padding and a sled base in chrome-plated or black painted steel, upholstered in leather, eco-leather or fabric. Domino Plus comes as an armchair and as two- or three-seater sofas, 95, 150 and 205 cm wide, with generous armrests that close the sides. The Sabree sofa by Monica Armani, in two- and three-seater versions or as a chaise longue, has wavy sides and is fully upholstered, also in bouclé or velvet, for the most prestigious lobbies.

Reception armchairs create more intimate seating spots next to the sofas. Radar Lounge has a shell with organic lines, four versions that differ in the volume of the backrest and headrest, and a rocking mechanism concealed in the shell. Skyline is a multipurpose seat halfway between a chair and an armchair, with an upholstered shell with rounded edges, wing-shaped armrests and five- or four-star swivel bases, or four solid wood legs for more informal settings.

Coffee tables, poufs and sideboards to complete the lobby

Office coffee tables bring order to the seating islands. The Afina coffee table, by Ramos Bassols, has two painted metal half-shells, tops in melamine, wood or glass and three sizes, including the 80 x 80 cm version to use as a corner piece between two sofas, also with a power outlet. Spike, by Giorgio Topan, has a steel frame and a square or round top in wood, melamine, HPL or glass. Metal Table by Luca Nichetto, in white or black painted metal plates, 45 or 65 cm high, has a trapezoidal top that rotates 180° to move closer to sofas and armchairs.

Designer poufs add seats without blocking the way: the Afina pouf, with a base matching the coffee tables of the same collection, works as a seat, side table or footrest, while the Stand By Pouf by Favaretto & Partners adds a touch of color in fabric or faux leather. To store brochures and information materials there is the Mux70 sideboard by Stefano Boeri Interiors, with drawers or doors only and, in some versions, side planters, in Fenix, Oleomalta, matte lacquer and laminate finishes.

Office lobby furniture for the company entrance

In corporate headquarters the office lobby is both a business card and a transit area: people who come in must immediately understand where to go and find a place to sit, and more and more often they also look for a spot to work or meet informally. That is why office lobby furniture combines hospitality and practical functions. The Pop high table, 105 cm high, round, square or rectangular, is designed for lobbies and welcome areas and, with the Like stools, adjustable from 53 to 76 cm and with an arched base that rocks up to 20°, becomes a spot for short standing meetings.

For private conversations there are office pods: the Alplus Meeting Pod by Marco Zito has two facing sofas and 118 cm high privacy panels, and stays in visual contact with the rest of the lobby. Alplus sofas, 80, 140 or 160 cm long, can take divider panels on the backrest to create more sheltered corners, acoustically too. Along the walls and in the corridors, office bench seating such as Domino offers more seats in little space.

In the lobbies of conference centers and hotels with meeting rooms, the entrance leads to the conference room and must handle large flows of people: islands made with the Afina modular sofa or the Radar pouf keep the paths clear and offer seats to those waiting for the sessions to begin. The lobby then continues into the reception and the waiting areas, with dedicated selections of waiting room furniture and lounge area furniture: by choosing seating from the same collections, such as Sabree, Afina and Radar, the spaces speak the same language, with upholstery and finishes customizable to the project.
