Bars and Restaurants

Many Frezza office seating ranges are also designed for contract use: the collections share shells, bases and upholstery, so they can be chosen together and customized in the colors and finishes of the project, keeping the dining room, the bar counter and the lounge areas in the same design language.

Restaurant seating for the dining room

In restaurant furniture, the chair decides how long guests are happy to stay at the table. Frezza restaurant seating ranges from polyurethane shells to wooden chairs. The Fior di Loto collection, designed by Claudio Bellini, has a single shell in foamed polyurethane, with or without armrests, on four-leg bases in solid oak, five-star aluminum bases or swivel bases: Fior di Loto Plastic keeps the shell bare, while Fior di Loto Upholstered adds soft padding. Lash, by Monica Armani, is a wooden chair with armrests and an enveloping backrest, in natural oak, black oak or terracotta lacquer, with the seat upholstered in fabric or leather, also in the roomier Lounge Chair version.

For more refined venues there are the Stand By armchairs by Favaretto & Partners, with a seat in flexible polyurethane and memory foam on elastic straps and an inner frame in solid wood, on slim legs in white or black steel or on an oak-colored solid wood base. The Sabree armchair, by Monica Armani, has a sculptural character, with an enveloping tub seat and a cylindrical swivel base, and suits hotel restaurants and lounges.

Restaurant tables, bar tables and coffee tables

The table is the other half of restaurant furniture. The Flamingo tables, by Luca Nichetto, have a column and a four-foot base in square-section steel tubing painted white or black, and in other colors on request, with square tops of 70 and 90 cm or round tops of 52, 70 and 90 cm in HPL or melamine. They come in three heights: 48 cm as a side table next to sofas and armchairs, 72 cm as a restaurant or bar table, and 110 cm as a high table with stools. In more elegant dining rooms, the Sabree coffee tables, by Monica Armani, have a fluted central base with a wave-like rhythm and a top in oak veneer or glossy lacquer, in two sizes and two heights.

For the lounge corners and waiting areas of the venue there are Frezza office coffee tables, such as the Mux70 coffee table by Stefano Boeri Interiors, with a rectangular or square top in Fenix or wood, to use on its own or in pairs to create color combinations.

Bar and cafe furniture: stools and high tables

At the bar counter and in the cafe, service is fast and seats change hands often, so high seating has to be comfortable even for a short stop. Frezza office stools cover different styles and also work as bar and cafe furniture. Karl, by Luca Nichetto, has a curved shell inspired by Karl Lagerfeld’s collars and, in the four-leg version, a seat height of 51, 65 or 75 cm. Like adjusts from 53 to 76 cm and has an arched base that lets it rock up to 20°. The Yo Metal stool, 75 cm high, is made of steel rod treated with cataphoresis and is designed for outdoor use.

Stools pair with the Pop Panel high table, 105 cm high and 140 or 160 cm long, which becomes a counter for a quick breakfast or a standing aperitif, or with the 110 cm Flamingo for single high tables.

Stackable restaurant chairs for contract use

In venues that change layout between lunch, dinner and events, and in corporate restaurants, what matters are chairs that stack and can be put away quickly. Poppea has a polypropylene shell in 9 colors, including Oceano and Grey in 100% regenerated and recycled material, or upholstered in fabric, on four legs or an aluminum sled base, and stacks up to 8 chairs, 4 in the upholstered version. Ador is made of glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene, with or without armrests, in 6 colors, works indoors and outdoors and stacks up to 7 pieces. Noma has a frame in 22 mm steel rod, chrome-plated or painted black or white, and comes in polypropylene, with a mesh backrest or fully upholstered. It stacks up to 12 chairs without armrests and 9 with armrests.

The Yo collection, by Progetto CMR, applies the same shell to different bases and materials: Yo Plastic in colored polypropylene, Yo Wood in stackable wood, Yo Fabric upholstered in fabric or faux leather, Yo Upholstered with removable upholstery and Yo Metal in steel rod for outdoor use, winner of the iF Design Award 2025.

In hotel restaurants and venues with a lounge area, the Sabree sofa and the seating of the same collection carry the style from the dining room to the hotel bar, with dedicated selections of lounge area furniture and hotel lobby furniture. For patios and terraces, the Yo Metal coffee table, in steel rod with a metal top treated with cataphoresis, 48, 74 or 105 cm high, pairs with the Yo Metal chairs and stools and with Ador, while the outdoor selection gathers the furniture for outdoor spaces.
