Office hotelling: the dynamic organization of shared spaces
Office hotelling is an innovative model for managing shared work areas, based on flexible booking of workstations rather than fixed allocations. This approach allows companies to optimize space, reduce real estate costs and offer greater freedom to employees.
Thanks to modular workstations and common areas designed for different needs, from individual tasks to collaborative work, work environments become more dynamic and adaptable. In this context, furniture design plays a central role, as every design choice affects daily experience and user well‑being.
Office hotelling: key features of operative furniture
Solutions designed for office hotelling stand out for their functionality and flexibility, providing practical tools that meet today’s operative needs.
- Modularity and efficiency: workstations and furnishings must be easily reconfigurable according to daily or temporary needs, optimising both space and workflow.
- Integrated technology: strategically placed and easily accessible connection points ensure a smooth work experience.
- Ergonomics and quality: furnishings must be durable and comfortable, ensuring user well‑being and long‑lasting performance.

Pop Ad height-adjustable desks
Pop Ad is a system of height‑adjustable desks designed to effectively meet the needs of modern office hotelling models. The sit‑stand system allows users to switch quickly from a seated to a standing position, supporting physical well‑being, focus and productivity throughout the workday.
Each workstation, equipped with an integrated display for simplified manual adjustments, can be set between 61.5 and 127 cm in height and can store up to four presets, allowing immediate adaptation to different users without altering the overall layout. Pop Ad is available in lengths of 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm with a depth of 80 cm, and can be configured as a single, double or shared workstation, enabling rational space planning and maintaining order even in high‑turnover environments.

Modular structure for organizing Pal Spina workstations
Designed by S.I. Design, Pal Spina is a modular structure with integrated cable management, created to simplify and optimize the organisation of workstations in flexible environments. The upper aluminium rail allows desks and tables to be connected neatly, integrating electrification and reducing the visual impact of cables.
Pal Spina can be customised and accessorised with shelves, storage trays or plant holders, helping maintain clean and visually appealing spaces. This discreet system can be placed behind other furnishings or along walls, enhancing the user experience without compromising the aesthetic harmony of the environment.

Denzel ergonomic task chair
Comfortable and ergonomic, the Denzel task chair is designed to improve users’ daily experience even in intensive-use environments. Its innovative AMS (Active Motion System) backrest promotes active posture during working hours, supporting the body’s natural movements. The device allows the backrest to rotate up to 6° laterally and 4° in depth, encouraging muscular activity even while seated.
The wide range of integrated features makes Denzel particularly suitable for shared spaces with non‑assigned workstations. The lumbar support can be adjusted in height and depth, while the chair is available with four different devices, two of which feature a self-calibrating weight adjustment capable of adapting to different body types without manual intervention. Adjustable armrests with soft‑touch, rotating pads complete a system designed to quickly adapt to different users.
The mesh ensures high load capacity and consistent support, improving breathability and overall comfort even during prolonged use. The chair can be equipped with an ergonomic headrest and, in certain configurations, with seat‑depth adjustment and a negative‑tilt function, which inclines the seat by 5° forward to promote a more natural posture.
Office hotelling represents a new dynamic and functional vision of the professional workspace, where flexibility, comfort and design come together to create efficient and inviting environments.
