Beyond mere functionality, every meeting environment must satisfy fundamental criteria: it is within these spaces that ideas are shared, connections are deepened and the vision behind a project comes to life.

Frezza’s showroom embodies this concept through two distinct yet complementary areas: a formal meeting room that celebrates the elegance of tradition and a more informal space designed to encourage open and dynamic interaction. Both settings demonstrate how thoughtful design can elevate moments of dialogue and collaboration, transforming them into experiences that blend well-being with operational efficiency.

The sophistication of the traditional meeting room

Within the showroom, the formal meeting room is defined by a full-height K42 partition wall, whose matte black RAL 9005 frame evokes a sense of solidity and precision. The glass panels, enhanced with a custom gradient-effect film, offer a sophisticated play of transparency: the frosted upper section ensures privacy, while the gradual transition towards a clear base allows natural light to permeate the space, striking a balance between brightness and discretion.

One partition wall, upholstered in fabric, is designed to accommodate hanging units and shelves. This area features storage elements and a tv screen for digital presentations and videoconferencing. At the centre of the room stands the Spike meeting table, with a refined black ash top and a chrome base for a harmonious blend of minimalism and authority.

Integrated electrification solutions enhance the table’s functionality, enabling seamless device connectivity without compromising the table’s clean aesthetic. The Fior di Loto Fabric swivel chairs, with a pyramidal base, complement the room’s understated elegance while adding comfort and lightness.

The result is a space that reinterprets the classic meeting room with a contemporary edge, giving life to an environment that promotes focus, professionalism and transparency.

The informal elegance of Alplus Lounge

In addition to the traditional meeting room, the showroom features a more relaxed space designed for dynamic and flexible collaboration. At its heart lies the elegant Alplus Lounge semicircular arrangement, enhanced by both curved and linear partition panels that create an intimate and secluded area, perfect for important calls or meetings that require focus and privacy.

The modular system consists of 60° poufs and 80 cm linear poufs, some of which are equipped with integrated USB ports to ensure convenient and immediate connectivity. Soft, removable cylindrical dividers and cushions in various sizes complete the setting, guaranteeing maximum comfort.

At the centre, two black Radar coffee tables provide practical surfaces for notebooks, laptops or other essentials, offering discreet and efficient solutions that support the conversation flow with understated elegance.

This area becomes the perfect setting for quick meetings, brainstorming sessions or informal gatherings that don’t require the formality of a closed meeting room. It fosters a more flexible approach to work and collaboration, striking an ideal balance between privacy and conviviality.

One showroom, two complementary souls

At Frezza’s showroom, the coexistence of both formal and informal meeting spaces reflects a clear philosophy: design serves a greater purpose that aesthetics alone, and is a powerful tool for creating meaningful experiences that adapt to people’s changing needs.

On one side, there is precision and rigour of tradition; on the other, we find the flexibility and openness that characterise contemporary design. These two dimensions engage in dialogue within the same space, united by a shared vision of functional elegance

The result is a space that does more than simply welcome: it inspires. The showroom becomes a statement of a design philosophy that goes beyond convention, offering solutions where elegance and practicality coexist in perfect harmony to meet the diverse needs of everyday life.
